For all websites I manage (reinaldudras.ee, etc., hereinafter "Websites"), access is provided exclusively to Reinald Udras. In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia, the following terms apply:

By using these Websites, you agree that these Terms of Service, which come into effect immediately after the first use of the Websites, are legally binding. These Terms apply to all users of the Websites, including those who contribute videos, content, information, text, images, graphics, photographs, audio or video art, or other materials (hereinafter "Contributors"). If you do not agree to all the legal obligations associated with the following terms, please do not visit or use these Websites.
2. Intellectual Property
The names, images, icons, and logos necessary to identify me, my members, or third parties and their products and services are protected by copyright, design rights, and trademarks. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any implied or other right to use my, my members’, or any third party’s trademarks, design rights, or copyrights.
3. Use of the Websites
You agree not to use, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, download, store on any data carrier, adapt, or otherwise modify, disclose, or otherwise use these Websites or any part of their content (such as certain functionalities, hereinafter "My Website Content") for your personal, non-commercial use. Additionally, you agree not to adapt, modify, or create derivative works from My Website Content except for your personal, non-commercial use. Any other use of My Website Content requires my prior written permission.
You agree to use the Websites solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict or hinder the use and enjoyment of the Websites. Prohibited behavior includes causing inconvenience to any user by transmitting unpleasant or offensive content or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue on the Websites. You further agree not to collect personally identifying information from the Websites, including account names, nor to use any contact details provided by the Websites for advertising or sales purposes. You agree not to engage in commercial activity, respecting the contributors of the Websites.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old or legally emancipated, or that you have the legal consent of your parents or guardian, and that you are fully capable and competent to accept the terms set forth in these Terms (including the conditions specified in section 4 if you contribute to the Websites). With my prior written request and permission, certain My Website Content may be used for journalistic purposes.
4. Contributors
By submitting any contribution (including text, images, graphics, photographs, audio, or video), you agree to the provisions set forth in section 4, granting me a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, edit, cut, adapt, translate, and/or duplicate subtitles in any language, create any derivative works, publish, distribute, reproduce, make available to the public, transmit, store, present, or reproduce and use all or part of the copyrights and publication rights applicable to your contribution and/or to incorporate it partially or wholly (including adaptation and/or derivation) in all other works (including any audiovisual programs) in any media, platform, or software (whether known now or developed in the future) for all rights that may exist in your contribution.
Your general requirements for contributions:
- Contributors must be appropriate, orderly, tasteful, constructive, and polite;
- Advertising, sponsorship, and other commercial activities are not permitted;
- There must be no illegal or contradictory content: defamatory, malicious, vulgar, harmful, vague, impolite, sexually oriented, racially offensive, or otherwise undesirable material or language is unacceptable;
- There must be no deliberate abuse. For example, submitting the same or very similar contributions multiple times is not allowed. If you use repeated logins to disrupt the service or other users of the Websites, appropriate measures may be taken against your accounts.
By submitting your contribution, you warrant that your contribution is your own original work and does not violate any laws, and that you have the explicit consent, waiver, and/or permission from every rights holder and/or individual to use and make that person's name available in your contribution, thereby allowing your contribution to be used for all the aforementioned purposes on this Website as specified in these Terms.
- You guarantee that if you use contributions as described above, neither party will incur additional costs;
- You waive any moral rights in your contribution intended for its display and publication on any part of the Website and its inclusion in any work and generally for all the aforementioned purposes;
- You agree to indemnify me, my members, or authorized persons for any damages, liabilities, claims, demands, losses, or costs (including all legal fees and other expenses) arising from your breach of the above warranties and/or obligations. Notwithstanding your indemnification obligations, I reserve the right to take exclusive protective measures and assume any matter.
If you do not wish to grant the above rights or if you are unable to provide the above warranties, I do not grant you the right to contribute to the Websites. I reserve the right to delete any contribution without prior consent or notification or to take any measures against any account.
5. Disclaimer
I am not liable for any damages, including indirect or direct damages, arising from the use or unavailability of the Websites, the receipt of data or profits, or due to negligence or any other actions arising from your use of the Websites.
The content on my Website, including information, names, images, illustrations, logos, and icons regarding me, their products, and services (or products and services of third parties) is provided to you without any warranties (whether express or implied by law), including the implied warranties that guarantee quality, fitness for a particular purpose, correction of defects, compatibility, and safety. I strive to ensure that the Websites are as up-to-date as possible, but I cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the information provided.
I do not guarantee that the functions on my Websites are uninterrupted or error-free, that errors have been corrected, or that my Website or the server hosting it is free of viruses or defects. The views of individual users or contributors on the Websites are published solely based on publicly available information and may not reflect the opinions of me or my members. Neither I nor my members are liable for this.
Links to other websites are provided to make the Websites as useful as possible, but I do not participate in their creation nor am I responsible for the accuracy of the information on those linked websites.
6. Final Clauses
I reserve the right to change these Terms at any time by publishing changes on the Website. Please check these Terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of any changes. Continued use of the Website after the publication of changes means that you agree to the updated, legally binding Terms. If any of these terms are deemed illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction where they are applied, that term will be separated and removed, leaving the remaining terms in full force.
These Terms (including my privacy policy and other notices published on the Website) are prepared in English, Estonian, and German. Although translations into other languages may be available, you agree that the Estonian version shall prevail in the event of any conflict. All terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Estonian law. The courts of the Republic of Estonia have exclusive jurisdiction.
